How much does Accountant Staff cost?
Seats start from $4,000 per month for an AP, AR or payroll administrator. Bookkeeping, accounting and senior roles are quoted on scope.
What affects the price of a seat?
Mainly the role and seniority of each hire and the number of seats. Every seat is full-time, so one person covers the full scope of their role.

How quickly can a seat start?
It depends on the role. Accountant Staff interviews widely and hires qualified accountants and experienced candidates. People with that level of experience often have notice periods of up to 60 days. Senior roles take longer to fill. In some cases we can fulfil roles quicker but we recommend you start the conversation with us sooner, rather than later.
Can we start with one seat?
Yes. Many firms start with one role on a defined client set and add seats as the work moves across.
